McNeill Signs, a South Florida custom sign manufacturer and installer, is looking for small businesses who were derailed by COVID-19 for a chance to win free commercial storefront signage.

The COVID-19 pandemic changed life as we know if for nearly everyone around the world. As South Florida was ordered into quarantine, businesses had to shut down, leaving many with no revenue while still having to pay bills.

Local South Florida businessman Jason Ditkofsky, the owner of McNeill Signs, was inspired to help in the best way he could and has committed to donate up to $100,000 worth of commercial storefront signage to those in the process of launching a new business or who need a refresh to their current one. Small business is the backbone of our local economy, and the goal of the contest is to help support them in their time of need.

Starting on Monday, July 27th, 2020, through Friday, August 28th, 2020, companies can apply by sending their 500-word essay to [email protected] to share their story on why they are the most deserving of the new free commercial signage.

The five lucky winners will receive services including – custom design, channel letter manufacturing, permit acquisition, and complete installation. Applicants must have a commercial lease, abide by all city, zoning, lease, and building code guidelines, and will need to cover the permits fees paid directly to the city.
